  13.      protocols used in the Internet.  For each protocol a single line should
  14.      be present with the following information:

  20.         +o aliases (optional)

  22.      Items are separated by any number of blanks and/or tab characters.  A
  23.      ``#'' indicates the beginning of a comment; characters up to the end of

  26.      Protocol names may contain any printable character other than a field
  27.      delimiter, newline, or comment character.  For example,
